In January 2010, we started All Guest Meetings where guests have the opportunity to sit down with Brad Montgomery, our Executive Director, to discuss current and future shelter operations and services and to have any questions they might have answered. We thought you might like to see the notes from these meetings. These meetings are an example of one of the ways we ensure that guests' issues are being addressed and that people staying here at the Shelter have an opportunity to be involved in the decisions that affect themselves and future guests.
